		<description><![CDATA[Paul, I agree. Where the behaviour is unacceptable: challenge it. For evil to thrive good people merely need to do nothing.

A challenge to me though is behaviour, an action if you like. The state of mind remains the same – I feel one can still remain grateful for the potential opportunity to see something differently. While at the same time still wish to change the offending behaviour.

I am fairly sure that thanking ones enemy whilst at the same time challenging them could a useful tactic. I suspect it might throw some people off their stride!]]></description>
